IP Selling Process

IP right holders who hope to sell their IPs complete a Seller Agreement of PATENT CLINIC which includes specific terms for the sale.
[ Step 2 ]
IP right holders provide PATENT CLINIC the IPs' information including a target price (ask) and an IP filed application document.
[ Step 3 ]
The inofrmation of IPs are opened on PATENT CLINIC website.
[ Step 4 ]
Buyer is charged a split commission ( 7 % of the bid price ).
