Patent Buying-Selling scheme
Participants ( both a seller and a buyer ) to agreed IP assignment contract.
The participants are charged a brokerage commission according to the bid price respectively when deal is established.

Bid price over USD 4,000 : 7 % of bid price
Bid price over USD 2,000 up to USD 4,000 : USD 300
Bid price up to USD 2,000 : USD 200

Bid price over USD 4,000 : 7 % of bid price
Bid price over USD 2,000 up to USD 4,000 : USD 300
Bid price up to USD 2,000 : USD 200
To Patent Seller
[ Step 1 ]
Patent holders who hope to sell their patents (sellers) complete a Patent Seller Agreement of PATENT CLINIC which includes specific terms for the sale.
[ Step 2 ]
Patent holders provide PATENT CLINIC the patent sale information including a target price (ask) and an filed patent application document.
[ Step 3 ]
The patent sale inofrmation are opened on PATENT CLINIC website.
[ Step 4 ]
Seller is charged a brokerage commission ( 7 % of the bid price ) when deal is established.
To Patent Buyer
[ Step 1 ]
Buyers who hope to buy patents complete a Patent Buyer Agreement of PATENT CLINIC which includes specific terms for the purchase.
[ Step 2 ]
Buyers provide PATENT CLINIC their own information including an ask.
[ Step 3 ]
The patent purchase inofrmation are opened on PATENT CLINIC website.
[ Step 4 ]
Buyer is charged a split commission ( 7 % of the bid price ) when deal is established.
